Recipes, Balsamic Dijon Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:

  • 16 oz of chicken breast (only white meat) cut into tender style pieces or chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp spicy Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
Combine type mustard, vinegar and parsley in small bowl.

Place the chicken in a sealable plastic bag, pour marinade. Seal and let stand at least 10 minutes.

Grill chicken for 4-5 minutes per side.

Serve!
