- 16 oz of chicken breast (only white meat) cut into tender style pieces or chicken tenderloins
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp spicy Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
Place the chicken in a sealable plastic bag, pour marinade. Seal and let stand at least 10 minutes.
Grill chicken for 4-5 minutes per side.
Serve!
