- 4 oz whole wheat pizza dough rolled in a thin oval
- 1 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (part skim)
- 1/8 diced green peppers
- 1/8 cup diced red peppers
- 1/8 cup diced zucchini
- Large handful baby spinach loosely chopped
- Leftover sauce for dipping (or your favorite jarred stuff)
Prepare (look for the child to steal my peppers!) The filling with the dice all the vegetables.
Measure 4 ounces pizza dough and deployment. Sprinkle some cheese on one side. Add peppers, zucchini and spinach and spread with remaining cheese.
Fold the dough in a bag and closes the ends. Prick the top with a knife to allow air to escape.
Bake (or baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray) for about 10-15 minutes on a pizza stone until the dough is firm.
