Ingredients:
- 1 lb (16oz) of chicken breast trimmed and cut into large chunks
- 1 15oz can of cream style corn
- 1 15 can of pinto beans rinsed and drained
- 1 15 can of diced tomatoes
- ½ tsp ground sage
- 1 tsp dried chives
- 1 tsp dehydrated onion
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp dried cilantro
- 1 cup (170g) uncooked Quinoa
Half an hour before dinner, add the quinoa. It will absorb the remaining liquid.
