Recipes, Leftover Meatball Wrap
Ingredients:

  • 1 whole grain/low carb tortilla
  • About 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 2 leftover turkey meatballs (with a bit of sauce on them)
  • ½ oz finely shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Meatballs cut in half and warm in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds.

While the meatballs from the ground, follow the tortilla on a plate with spinach. When the meatballs are done, place it on the spinach.

Sprinkle with cheese (and yes, it is only ½ oz picture, I said to delete certain stuff is great!) And pop in the microwave for about 10 seconds until the tortillas warm and help to melt the cheese.

Roll up and serve!

This would be the fastest ever really tasty lunch! I saw a side of carrots for lunch yesterday and I think I am right now for a snack!
