Ingredients:
12oz extra lean ground turkey
1 egg
½ cup quick oats
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dehydrated onion
1 tsp dried basil leaves
½ tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper
Preheat your broiler.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with hands.
Spray a nonstick pan spray tank.
Weighing 1.5 ounces and shape into 10 balls.
Place the meatballs on a plate with chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
Note: This can not cook through, and I usually cook in the sauce.
I count two balls and one part to 5 servings.
